Terms of service

Welcome to Miyaar Watches. By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, or placing an order for a timepiece or accessory, you agree to these Terms of Service and the other policies published on our store.

1. Products, Descriptions, and Photography

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph our products accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural texture of leather straps.

Product dimensions and specifications are provided as a guide. Please review the details on the relevant product page before ordering.

2. Pricing and Orders

Prices are shown in Pakistan Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

We may contact you to verify order details, delivery address, or payment arrangements. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot verify the information or reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may confirm the order by phone or message before dispatch.

3. Warranty

Any warranty included with a timepiece is subject to the warranty information provided with the product and order. Please contact us before arranging repairs. Unauthorized repairs, accidental damage, misuse, and damage beyond the product’s stated water-resistance rating may not be covered.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original Miyaar Watches branding, text, graphics, and product photography on this website may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Miyaar Watches is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or a product. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly and fairly.
